We were absolutely stoked the day we finally received our hammock from Bear Butt, a rad company started by go-getters Michael and Dylan. Despite all odds, and against the advice of friends and family, they managed to start their own business (an awesome one at that!) and created the best quality hammock around, all without finishing school. Their goal? Out-compete none other than ENO hammocks!

Avid hammockers might laugh at the notion. I mean come on, at this point who hasn’t heard of ENO hammocks? How could one small company, one that was just barely conceived, outcompete such a big name? Well, ENO hammocks might be good quality, but what college student wants to drop $70 on just ONE hammock? I’ll tell you one thing, I sure don’t. And that’s where Bear Butt comes in. Just one of their amazing double hammocks is $35.97. That’s literally half the price of an ENO hammock for the same quality, if not better.

When we got our hammock, we could hardly wait to take it outside and put it to the test. And we were not disappointed! These hammocks are easy to set up, comfortable, and strong! Not to mention they look rad. Nothing beats an evening spent relaxing in your hammock, hanging out with your hound dog while you get some studying done. We plan on taking this hammock on all of our adventures from here on out! We HIGHLY recommend them.
